PAYMENT METHODS
You don´t need a Credit Card for booking.
When we receive the booking request we will confirm it by mail and with an online link of a small deposit (20%), which can be paid securely by Visa or Mastercard Credit & Debit cards. The resting amount can be paid also by card in advance or cash on the spot.

How can I book a private tour with you?

Will you be able to get the tickets for us?
Yes! We can arrange all the tickets for your private tours, including museums and the Royal Palace. Sometimes, we even have skip-the-line tickets for places that are already sold out. However, if you prefer, you can also purchase them on your own.
Is the pricing per group or per person?
For our private tours the pricing is always per group
Do you provide transportation for your tours?
Yes. For some of our tours you can request private transportation. We work with an exclusive fleet of Mercedes and professional chauffeurs for your safety and comfort
Where do we meet our guide?
For a Private Tour of Madrid, we can meet you at your hotel or at a location of your choice, as long as it’s in the city center. For our museum tours, it’s more convenient to meet directly at the entrance of the museum. However, you are always welcome to request a hotel pickup if you prefer.
Can I bring my wheelchair on the tour?
Sure! If you’ve arranged for private transportation for your tour, a foldable wheelchair will fit in the trunk of a standard vehicle. Most museums in Madrid offer wheelchairs, and we can help to organize this for you. Please keep in mind that our tour guides won’t be able to assist with the wheelchair during the tour, so it’s important to have a travel companion with you. Thank you!

What time do your tours start?
Since all our tours are private, you’re in charge and can choose the time that works best for you. However, for last-minute bookings, we will suggest possible starting times based on the availability of our guides.

Are your guides fully licensed tour guides?
Yes, this is what makes us different! All of our guides in Madrid are 100% licensed professional tour guides, historians, or art historians. Plus, they are genuinely wonderful people!
Should I tip the guide?
Tipping is a way for guests to show their appreciation for a great tour. We encourage our guests to decide for themselves whether or not to give a gratuity.
Is the tour guide also our driver?
Absolutely not! For some of our day trips, we do offer private transportation, but there is always a dedicated chauffeur. If you request private transportation, you can expect both a chauffeur and a tour guide to ensure a safe and professional experience.
Do you offer tours in other languages?
Yes, we offer tours in Madrid in English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Hungarian, Polish, Japanese and Chinese languages.
If it's a day trip to a city near Madrid, where do we meet our guide?
It depends on your choice. You can either depart with the guide directly from your hotel in Madrid or meet him at the destination. We offer various options, so feel free to contact us for more details!"

What is the best time to travel to Madrid?
The ideal times to visit Madrid are during the spring (March to May) and fall (September to November). If you enjoy a festive atmosphere, visiting during Easter or in May for the San Isidro Festival can be particularly exciting. However, if you prefer the heat and a lively city vibe, summer is also a fantastic option. August is nice for exploring museums, as there are fewer crowds and comfortable indoor temperatures. Additionally, Christmas time is magical with its festive markets and beautiful lights.
Is Madrid a safe place to visit?
Yes, Madrid is considered a safe place to visit. Like any major city, it's important to be aware of pickpocketing which can occur on crowded areas.
How to travel from Barcelona to Madrid?
1.Train: The high-speed train is the fastest and most comfortable option, taking just 2.5 hours to reach Madrid city center. Prices range from €15 to €110.
2. Bus: A more economical choice, but it takes 7 to 8 hours.
3. Car: Renting a car for a road trip is an option. The drive is about 620 km (385 miles) and takes 6 to 7 hours, depending on traffic.
4. Flight: Flying takes about 1 hour, but with airport transfers and waiting, it’s often less practical than the train.
